The Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitable providers that are able to offer Digital Telecare call handling platform.Caerphilly Careline Telecare Service has an in-house contact centre that responds to Telecare alerts. The centre currently uses an analogue call handling platform.The Council needs to move to a digital Telecare call handling platform, although the Council will still need to retain the ability to respond to analogue dispersed and scheme equipment.The Council also currently uses the call handling platform to monitor lone workers and has an additional module integrated within the system to manage referrals, installation, repairs, account closures and stock.Please note that this is a speculative notice and not a call for competition.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=107207.
