The Network Rail Training Technology Team are committed to moving away from focussing on and investing in ‘fixing today’s problems’ and moving towards investing in transformational initiatives aligning to the strategy. The requirement is for supplier/suppliers to build, implement and operate the work packages below aligning with learning methods and with approval from Cabinet Office Spend Controls process.Network Rail has a requirement to increase the learning capability maturity within the Training Department. The initiative is to move into learning in the flow of work instead of training being pushed to the learners.
