We wish to build on the existing direct mail programme that has delivered consistent participation rates and double-digit income figures over the previous 5 years. This is one of three core solicitation mechanisms of the annual giving programme and currently includes two mass direct mailings occurring twice annually (typically December with a reminder in March).
