Gwent Police are setting up a framework agreement to include all Welsh Forces. Gwent Police require the Commercial Estate Agents to undertake the following:- Visit sites to undertake valuations of the premises for sale and report on same.Prepare details of the sites for marketing purposes to include descriptions of the extent of the building and land, plans of the building, plans of the site and photographs to identify the buildings and sites as a minimum.Market the premises locally, regionally, nationally and internationally using appropriate media.Arrange and conduct premises viewings with prospective purchasers. Deal with day to day queries relating to the premises.Invite offers through a sealed bids system (bids to be opened at Police HQ)Liaise with the Forces’ legal advisors during the contract term.
