Disposal of surplus used skips

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to dispose of a variety of used recycling/waste collection skips of various sizes and conditions that are surplus to its operational requirements.The skips in question have been subjected to use by the Council and their condition and appearance reflects this, being subject to minor and more major defects.
