The Reserved Specialist scope will include the specialist electrical services installations within the new STEM Building. The scope will include the design, fabrication, assembly and installation of electrical services including power supply and distribution, lighting, smoke alarm, IT and fire alarm services including facilitation and coordination with specialist fume hood and similar laboratory equipment installations.
