The project comprises of the replacement of 19 No. Modusat District Heating Stations with integral Hot Water Cylinders, Main Circulating Pumps, Thermostats, Controls etc at Benamore Court, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The new services layouts reflect the requirements of the Mechanical Installation, and the proposed Electrical Services.
