The works comprise of the Electrical Services Installation upgrade works (life safety systems, that is, fire detection and alarm and emergency lighting systems) to be carried out as a direct contract with the client.The works entail:• Complete disconnection/stripping out of existing life safety systems• New system of Emergency Lighting in accordance with IS 3217: 2013 + A1; 2017• New system of Fire Detection & Alarm in accordance with IS 3218:2013+A1:2019• All associated small power and general services installation works within the areas of the proposed works to cater for new system of emergency lighting and fire detection and alarm• All associated interfacing works, to include door access, dust extraction, gas proving, public address/class change etc.• All associated builder works as specified
