The proposed works are as follows: The supply, delivery, assembly, and installation of the 6no natural gas condensing boilers. The 6no boiler units shall be mounted on a purpose made mild steel supporting framework bolted to the floor. The decommissioning, disconnection, and removal off site of the existing boiler plant shall be allowed for, to include: Existing De-Dietrich boiler/burner unit, Boiler branch flue, Expansion system, Pipework system between the existing boiler and headers, Existing oil storage tank (under licence), Existing boiler plinth, Associated electrics, Testing, commissioning and setting to work the complete services package on completion.
