The works comprise of the Mechanical Services Installation works associated with the heating centre upgrade within the main school. The works include:• Replace the 2no boiler units including flues, piping insulation effected, • Replace the gas emergency shut off valve, • Replace the diversion valve on the primary circuit to the hot water calorifier.• All associated Builders Works• All associated Electrical WorksAll works, as detailed on the accompanying drawings and as specified, to be carried out as a direct contract with the client.Testing, commissioning and setting to work the complete Mechanical services package.
