The Department of Finance (DoF) is placing this transparency notice to inform economic operators of its intention to modify its existing LandWeb Contract with British Telecommunications PLC in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). The LandWeb contract provides services to the Land Registry in Northern Ireland. This modification will extend the current Landweb Contract from 8 July 2021 until 7 July 2026. The contract notice for the Landweb Contract appeared in the supplement to the Official Journal on 21 November 1997 (97/S 227 146083/EN).
