The PHA wishes to appoint an advertising, marketing and communications company to deliver campaign advertising and related services. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend by 2 further periods of 1 year each. The PHA campaign budget for 2016/17 is estimated up to a maximum of 1 900 000 GBP. However it should be noted as the new contract will not begin until September 2016 a significant element of the campaign programme will have been undertaken prior to that date. Therefore for the remainder of the 16/17 financial year it is estimated that a maximum upper limit of 850 000 GBP may be anticipated. The following years' budgets are to be established.
