The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Council) are looking to appoint suitably experience provider(s) to provide services which will focus on people experiencing Domestic and Sexual Violence and support them to improve their well-being. The primary focus will be to promote independence and enable service users to take control of their own lives and engage with the wider community.The Council is purchasing the services on behalf of three Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's), Airedale, Wharfedale, and Craven CCG, Bradford District CCG and Bradford City CCG's. The contract(s) incorporate services that were previously commissioned by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Adult and Community Services and grant-funded by the above CCGs and include:— Accommodation based support which provides a combined package of housing, such a safe refuges and support for service users;— Resettlement floating Support that provides move-on support to service users, to move on from a refuge or other temporary accommodation and into new premises;— Preventative, crisis and outreach support;— Perpetrator services;— Target hardening;— IDVA support;— Capacity building within the community, awareness raising of DSV issues and an increased focus on partnership working.There is also a separate Lot to purchase a specialist intervention, diversion and exit from prostitution service that will ensure that women are moved away from and out of prostitution into sustainable lifestyles by maximising their capacity to exit safely and effectively.Lot 1a:Accommodation Based Service — 24 units (indicative).Lot 1b:Resettlement Floating Support — 48 units (indicative).Lot 2:District Wide Crisis, Preventative and Outreach Support — 440 per annum (including a minimum of 24 units of specialist BAME provision and 24 for males or members of LGBT community) (indicative).District Wide Target Hardening — 250 — 300 per annum minimum (stretch target) (indicative).District Wide Perpetrator Project — 60 men per annum, 12 women, or men in GBT relationship, 10 families or partners of perpetrators (indicative).District Wide Capacity Building — 60 training days to be delivered per annum (indicative).Lot 3:District Wide Prevention, Intervention and Exit from Prostitution Service - 70 women at any one time (indicative).Lot 4:District Wide IDVA — 400 per annum (indicative).
