Procurement of a partner organisation to provide predominantly domestic energy saving advice and guidance to householders in Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council; Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Newcastle under Lyme Borough Council and, potentially, bordering Authorities such as Cheshire East Council, Staffordshire County Council and Warrington Borough Council and Registered Social Landlords with properties within all these Authorities.Also eligible will be all members of the 2 appropriate LEP's (Local Enterprise Partnerships):1. The Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership;2. The Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership.
