Four (4) TPC 2005 Term Partnering Contracts to deliver programmes of Domestic Heating, Mechanical Services, Electrical Services and Lift Services over a contract term of 10 years. Lot 1 (Domestic Heating) comprises servicing, repairs and breakdowns under a 3* model. Lot 2 (Mechanical Services) comprises servicing, repairs and replacements under a fixed annual servicing price with some elements also including repairs. Lot 3 (Electrical Services) comprises servicing, repairs and rewires under a fixed annual servicing price with some elements also including repairs. Lot 4 (Lifts) comprises servicing, repairs and refurbishments, under a fixed annual price for repairs and servicing plus project based pricing for refurbishments. 1 contractor will be selected to provide each Lot.
