Descriptions
Torfaen County Borough Council would like to invite organisations with experience of delivering domiciliary care to submit tenders to provide care services within the Borough. Services will be predominantly for older persons but organisations will need to be registered to provide services to adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health issues. Organisations must be registered with the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) and have a proven track record in providing care services to vulnerable people within their own homes and be able to evidence that they are capable of meeting the service specification while able to meet and exceed the quality standards set by the Council.
