Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu ailfodelu gwaith darparu a chomisiynu gwasanaethau gofal cartref i bobl hŷn i ddechrau. Fel rhan o’r datblygiad hwn, ein nod yw ymgysylltu â Darparwyr ar fframwaith gofal cartref Conwy sydd â diddordeb mewn gweithio gyda ni er mwyn cael safbwynt darparwr am y model rydym yn bwriadu ei gyflwyno. Cynhelir digwyddiad cwrdd â'r prynwr ar 15 Mehefin 2021 rhwng 1.30pm a 3pm a chaiff ei gynnal dros Microsoft Teams. Ar ôl y digwyddiad, cynhelir ymgynghoriad pellach er mwyn ein galluogi i gael dealltwriaeth dda o farn Darparwyr am y model arfaethedig yn ogystal â’r dewisiadau posibl sydd ar gael. As part of this development, we aim to engage with Providers on Conwy’s domiciliary care framework who are interested to work with us in order to gain a provider’s perspective on the model which we are looking to introduce. A Meet the Buyer event will take place on the 15th June 2021 between 1.30 and 3pm and will be facilitated through Microsoft Teams. The event will be followed up with further consultation to enable us to gain full understanding of Provider views on the proposed model and the options.
