The Runway Resurfacing Works comprises temporary removal of Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL), planing off existing porous friction course of approximately 2 350 m length and 60 m width, treatment of underlying pavement defects, 50 mm asphalt overlay, replacement of paint markings and reinstatement of AGL. Works to be completed during overnight shut down periods dictated by the airport.
