Door Replacement at 3 Leisure Centres on Anglesey

The IoACC wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to undertake door replacement works at three (3) leisure centres across the Island.The work has a start on site date of 05/12/2016 and a completion date of 13/01/2017.Please see Specification document in additional documents area for further details regarding the work.Questions and requests for clarification must be done before the 9th of November via the sell2wales q&a function.Tenders should be returned via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12pm on the 11/11/2016**The tender is part of a project for Leisure Centre Improvement and the price of the refurbishment needs to be put forward to the relevant department to secure the budget for the work. This means that the Authority has to commence the tender process without any guaranteed budget for the project, as this is the only way it can obtain competitive and realistic market prices for the refurbishment.The authority therefore reserves the right not to award this contract if the funding is not approved. Tenderers therefore need to be aware that in investing time in submitting tenders for this contract, no contract is guaranteed by the authority, and the tenderer therefore submits their tender at their own risk and cost.
