The Council have appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the city. The appointment is for a Principal Contractor who will be responsible for professional services including retrofit co-ordination, design and Trustmark lodgement and installation of measures.
