The Council intends to extend an existing Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS") for the provision of home support services to include the provisions of those services to children between the ages of 0 and 18 years of age. The original DPS (which is referenced 2016/5099-160) related to the commissioning of home support services to vulnerable adults. The value of these additional services fall within the contract value of the original DPS.
