Descriptions
Tenders are invited from operators who wish to be included in the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Specific conditions of contract apply to all transport contracts offered. The period of this DPS will be 4 years plus a possible option to extend for a period of 24 months, commencing 10.6.2018, upon the conditions set out in attached documents. New applicants can apply to join the DPS during the course of the contract duration at periodic periods set and announced by TSS. Contractors will be removed from this framework (DPS) for providing sub-quality service as defined by the specification.
