The supplier will provide the Council with the following services: •Residential Valuation reports •Land registry compliant conveyancing plans •Negotiate with property owners on the behalf of the Council to agree a purchase price if required. The valuations will be undertaken in line with the appropriate RICS guidance and the valuation must be signed an RICS registered valuer.
