YPO are looking for a single provider to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of a Driving Licence Verification System. The system needs to be a solution for Fire and Rescue and Police Services and other Public Sector buying organisations to replace their current in-house provision, which is usually an Excel spread sheet. YPO's customers current provision is not sufficient to comply with Heath and Safety requirements and the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007. The intended system needs to be a comprehensive web based recording and management system, hosted by the supplier on behalf of each individual customer, accessible from any location via broadband. The system needs to: - Record driving licence information from all relevant personnel - Verify with DVLA - Record once verified - Record 3 year mandates for all drivers - Assign levels of risk according to driving history - Check licence details periodically as agreed with the customer. - Checks on other aspects such as MOT's Insurance and foreign driving licences
