The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for a Drug and Alcohol Integrated Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Service for Adults. This includes - Adult drug and alcohol integrated prevention, treatment and recovery service, including advice and information / awareness raising and education, harm reduction / access to needle exchanges (specialist and pharmacy) and supervised consumption; assertive outreach / in-reach; parental / concerned other / family support; criminal justice interventions, access to housing and employment support; psychosocial interventions (group work and 1:1); prescribing and pharmacological interventions including community detoxification ; referral and access to inpatient detox and residential rehabilitation, joint working and neighbourhood integration / delivery, multi-disciplinary care planning / case management.
