A compensation and benefits service provider to complete analysis and provide advice to the Organisation. 2.Specifically complete an analysis to determine a.Our position with regard to the overall market and market trends b.Review of our current internal positioning. c.Our position with regard to our sector, specifically not for profit and charity sector 3.Based on the analysis completed the service provider will advise on a.Recommended short term actions with a timeline and ranking in order of priority b.Propose a longer-term strategic direction for reward in the Organisation over the next 3 to 5 years c.In line with the actions decided on input to the Organisation pay policy and pay transparency. 4.Propose a communication model for the organisation and all other relevant stakeholders Project Stages and Timeline: 1.Initial engagement and alignment of the data requirements, scope, timeline and project deliverables 2.Data Collection 3.General Market Research 4.Specific Sector Research 5.Initial Feedback with outline recommendations 6.Final review with short term and long term actions 7.We estimate this review to take 8 to 10 weeks.
