The Defence Strategic Radio Service (DSRS) provides long-range radio communica-tions for MOD and UK Government and will deliver safe, robust and effective High Frequency (HF) Services. Specific Requirements for Phase One includes: •Co-ordination of an initial requirements meeting with the client and stake-holders •Surveys to confirm current systems capabilities. •An integrated schedule for the design & build phase. •A Work Breakdown Structure and associated specifications for Phase 1 works as detailed. •A fixed price for the delivery of work with the Supplier acting as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer. •Initial Risk Register for Phase 2 of the works. •ROM Costs for Phase 2 (build/installation works) PLEASE NOTE: Further Phases of work will be within the scope of this Contract (more detail on the specification and hence max value of £2.5m) but will be developed from the findings of Phase 1 and its survey evidence / design.
