The proposed scope of these works will involve the supply and installation of the following, including completion of post-contract design works:— New Marina Office hard landscaping,— clock tower square including the heritage asset installation, hard and soft landscaping and street furniture,— New Marina Curve Access Road to include surfacing, lighting, signs and the like,— New Marina Curve hard and soft landscaping,— New Marina Welfare buildings (2Nr supplied by employer) foundations, access ramps and services,— CCTV including fixtures and fittings,— Comms including fixtures and fittings,— Marina Curve Protrusion, surfacing and MEICA around buildings,— PoWP resurfacing seaward end and demolition of the existing toilet and café facilities.
