The Council requires Independent Social Workers (or equivalent other) specifically to undertake PAMs Assessments which are required to act as agents of the Council to provide an independent view., PAMs assessments could be of one or both parents at the same or both parents at different times., Providers will be required to complete the work in a professional manner and in line with Statutory and Council requirements., Providers must share the content of their report with the family / individuals and distribute the report to the appropriate personnel within Social Services and assessment plans will be required.
