This contract is for a professional and adaptable cycle services contract covering both the high quality, variety and volume of services required to meet the Council’s cycling ambitions and road safety duty to reduce road casualties. Ealing wants to become an exemplar Borough for cycling where people in all parts of the Borough are willing to consider cycling for journeys up to 5 km. In order to do this, people need to consider cycling safe, quick, convenient, fun and a ‘normal’ mode of travel. The Council’s ambition is to grow mass cycling for all and deliver a strong cycling legacy for across the London Borough of Ealing area.
