This tender is the second of three procurements to be launched in respect of the Eastern Partnership Connect (EaP Connect) project. The EaP Connect project sets out to create a regional high speed internet network dedicated to research and education (R&E) across Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. EaPConnect will interconnect the national research and education networks (NRENs) in these six Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries and integrate them into the pan-European GÉANT network, enabling scientists and academics to collaborate and engage in innovative, data-intensive international projects.This procurement seeks to establish one or more contracts for high capacity point to point links connecting the GEANT network in specific points to the NREN PoP in the Republic of Belarus. The minimum connectivity service capacity is 3 Gbps with an optional diversely routed 1 Gbps protection. Contracts that may be awarded from this procurement will run for a maximum term of 3 years.
