Trafford MBC is looking to establish a new Early Help framework to replace the current CYPS frameworks for Early Intervention and Complex and Additional Needs which end on March 31st 2014.The new framework will be outcomes based and mirror sections of the Family CAF (Common Assessment Framework).Providers will be asked to consider if the services they currently or potentially could deliver would meet the specified outcomes and consider how they would measure progress towards and achievements of the outcomes.This framework is for the provision of services for children and young people within Trafford across the three following Service Themes:Service Theme Number & Service Theme Name1 Supporting education, learning and aspirations2 Emotional, social and behavioural development3 Family and social relations from the child, young person's perspective and Parenting capacity including; Basic care and ensuring safety and protection; Emotional warmth and stability; and Guidance, boundaries and stimulationOrganisations can submit a PQQ for any number, or all, of the Service Themes above.Organisations are required to confirm which of the Service Themes they are interested in providing – please complete the relevant section on page 11 of the PQQ document.It is the responsibility of each Organisation to determine for which Service Theme(s) for which they wish to submit a PQQ.Further details on the types of services required can be found in Annex A, the Draft Service Specification.
