To support and co-ordinate the network of venue based services in Ceredigion that deliver support in the community for families with children aged 0-11. Also, to offer 1:1 support to families with children aged 0-11 years that are unable to access the venues (due to lack of confidence, geographical location or other reasons). The aim of the 1:1 support will be to encourage families to attend the venue based provision. The two elements will be split into lots and the provider may tender for both lots together, or just one. A consortium approach would be welcomed by the Council. Both elements of the work must work together effectively.
