Descriptions
This provision is for outreach and low intensity 1:1 support elements of the all age early intervention support offer. The purpose of this is to improve households’ physical, social and emotional well-being, so that they do not need ongoing support from crisis and specialist services. The Council is in the process of carrying out a service review under the auspices of the thriving communities programme with a view to realigning the services to deliver the objectives of the programme.
