Early Market EngagementThe Authority is seeking to contract with an experienced horse recovery expert to assist the Force in recovering horses found loose on the public highway. The Contractor will need to provide stabling facilities and other services in line with the Specification, which will be published with the tender documentation.The Contractor will need to attend any incident within 2 hours of the initial call from the Authority.Please note that the Authority proposes to issue tender documents for either Lots 1 and 2 or Lot 3 and is seeking feedback from the market regarding the appetite to bid for each option.Where an award can be made, Kent Police and Essex Police will contract separately with the successful bidder(s).Please register on the Authority's e-tendering portal and select the options that you might be interested in bidding for. You may select as many options as you wish. Please note this market engagement is an information gathering exercise only.
