Inspire 2 Achieve is a 3 year Project supported via the East Wales ESF programme; Priority 3 Youth Employment and Attainment Specific Objective 2 - To reduce the number of those at risk of becoming NEET, amongst 11- 24 year olds.The project as a whole will be delivered across Cardiff and in conjunction with beneficiaries such as Newport, Monmouthshire and the Vale of Glamorgan across the East Wales region.Outputs include engaging with 1500 participants in Cardiff across the life of the project and, for a high percentage of these, reducing the NEET risk. The project will both complement and strengthen Youth Service provision within the local authority.To this end, the City of Cardiff Council would like to invite expressions of interest and suggestions of delivery models that will support participants, specifically aged between 11-16, by meeting the specific project objective of 405 participants gaining aqualification upon leaving.
