Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC) are seeking to secure an urban design Team to co-develop a masterplan for the Ebbsfleet Central site. The overarching scope of services shall include but not be limited to: • leading on the development of a masterplan which fulfils the long-term vision for the Garden City and which will guide all future development in the Ebbsfleet Central site; • providing design input to and assisting in securing a new planning permission; • providing long term advice on urban design for the Ebbsfleet Central site.
