Hampshire County Council have awarded a contract for the supply of eBooks and eAudio solutions to Wheelers ePlatform Ltd. The School Library Service (SLS) has a requirement for an eBook platform which provides Hampshire Schools with availability of eBooks. The service must be set up as a hub and spoke model which enables each school to access the central (hub) collection, along with the option of purchasing their own titles to develop a local collection (spoke). The service must: *Provide access to a platform to each individual school, allowing the school itself to be the data holder *enable Schools to use their own stock via their hubs *Have the ability to limit access to certain titles by the age of the pupil Wheelers also have the largest range of education titles suitable for primary and secondary aged pupils in the UK and are acknowledged market leaders in the School Library Services sector.
