Public road transport services. Taxi services. Special-purpose road passenger-transport services. Non-scheduled passenger transport. Transport for Educational and Behavioural Support and Solutions 4 Services. Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of providing home to school transport for Solutions 4 and TLC. The successful Contractor/s will be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Transportation Group.It is essential for Contractors to submit a Tender for inclusion onto the Framework Agreement if they have an interest in providing the type of transport services outlined in this document for the Council.Unlike the Approved Operator's List, the Council is unable to add additional Contractors to the Framework Agreement during the period of the Framework Agreement. Therefore, if Contractors do not wish to tender at this stage and do not include a tender for inclusion in this Framework, they will be unable to bid for any subsequent contracts offered during the Framework period.
