This qualitative research project will involve interviews with customers who have completed a Self Assessment online return containing trigger prompts (i.e. on-line messages/links to guidance). It will explore their experiences, attitudes and perceptions of the trigger prompts and will inform our understanding of the customer experience, enabling us to identify areas where improvements can be made.
