Bristol City Council invites bidders for the role of Energy Funding partner under the Energy Company Obligation to assist, through funding and experience, the delivery of ECO-eligible measures up to 30th March 2020 via a bilateral ECO Funding Arrangement. The partner must be committed to support Bristol City Council - through funding and experience - in tackling the ambitious fuel poverty and clean energy targets set out in The Council's Corporate Plan.Bristol City Council is looking for an experienced Energy Funding Partner who: •Is OFGEM registered and under the Energy Company Obligation •Is committed to delivering ECO Funding, via a bilateral Funding Arrangement •Is experienced in working in collaboration with Local Authorities •Is committed to support BCC's Key Commitment to reduce fuel poverty •Shares BCC's Core Values (Ownership, Respect, Curious, Collaborative and Dedicated)
