Economic, Social, Health and Wellbeing Impact assessment on behalf of Adra(Tai) Cyf

Adra (Tai) Cyfyngedig wishes to commission an Economic, Social, Health and Wellbeing Impact assessment report of Adra’s work over the last 5 years (2015-2020), particularly resulting from the delivery of our Corporate Plans (2015-2018 and 2019-2022) and its associated strategies. The report should look at a range of areas across the business to include, but not limited to, landlord and support services, community regeneration activities, capital investment programmes, growth and new build developments and the initial work carried out through our decarbonisation strategy.The overall aim of this work is to enable Adra to understand and demonstrate the impact of its work on customers, communities and other stakeholders, to help inform and support future business decisions, investments and future bids for external grant funding. Adra (Tai) Cyfyngedig would require the contracted consultants to work with us from March 2021- July 2021. Scope of work will include data collection and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, development of relevant case studies and production and presentation of final report to the Adra Board and Executive Team. The impact methodology and toolkit utilised by the consultant should be one that is recognised by the Welsh Government and the Public Sector in Wales. Knowledge of Adra’s operating geography and culture would be desirable. It is a requirement that the consultant will need to be able to carry out the stakeholder engagement in the customer’s language of choice (i.e. Welsh/English).Mae Adra (Tai) Cyfyngedig yn dymuno comisiynu adroddiad asesu Effaith Economaidd, Cymdeithasol, Iechyd a Lles o waith Adra dros y 5 mlynedd diwethaf (2015-2020), yn arbennig o ganlyniad i gyflawni ein Cynlluniau Corfforaethol (2015-2018 a 2019-2022 ) a'i strategaethau cysylltiedig. Byddai Adra (Tai) Cyfyngedig yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r ymgynghorydd dan gontract weithio gyda ni dros gyfnod o 5 mis (Mawrth 2021- Gorffennaf 2021). Bydd cwmpas y gwaith yn cynnwys casglu a gwerthuso data, ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid, datblygu astudiaethau achos perthnasol a chynhyrchu a chyflwyno’r adroddiad terfynol i Fwrdd Adra a'r Tîm Gweithredol.
