North London Waste Authority (the Authority) is seeking a contractor to design and construct the following works at the Edmonton EcoPark:(i) a resource recovery facility incorporating a recycling and fuel preparation facility and a reuse and recycling centre and associated works;(ii) a building to be known as EcoPark House comprising of a visitor, community and education centre for the wider community, office accommodation and a boat canopy and associated works;(iii) laying and installation of new utilities and services to the resource recovery facility and EcoPark House;(iv) roads and hardstanding; and(v) landscaping.
