The deadline has been extended from 8th March to 25th March 2013.The successful company will be required to deliver the following outputs throughout the project:-* An upgraded website which must be mobile friendly for viewing via smart phones and tablets.* Provide clear advice on how best to broadcast SMS and email communications from the collected data. * Evaluation. * Provide at least 3 creative design options.* A comprehensive technical and functionality manual.* Two days training provided for all administrators in using the systems.
