Please note - this is an extension of original brief. The deadline has been extended from 8th March to 25th March 2013.The successful company will be required to deliver the following outputs throughout the project:-* An upgraded website which must be mobile friendly for viewing via smart phones and tablets.* Provide clear advice on how best to broadcast SMS and email communications from the collected data. * Evaluation. * Provide at least 3 creative design options.* A comprehensive technical and functionality manual.* Two days training provided for all administrators in using the systems.
