Bangor University is currently finalising a business case to request funding from the North Wales Growth Deal to deliver Egni, a new low/zero carbon two-storey development on the M-SParc site in Gaerwen, Anglesey.Egni will provide an estimated 1,000m2 of new business incubation and research collaboration space (total building size of approximately 1,727m2) with complementary business development support. It will create additional offices, workshops and laboratories, training and circulation/reception space.
