2.1The Customer requires the Supplier to deliver an enhanced Government Property Finder(e-GPF), based on market-leading, user-friendly technology requiring minimal customisation that meets the specific Use Cases set out below. 2.1.1An initial discovery phase is required to understand and identify the requirements of the various website users and stakeholders. The key uses cases we expect the solution to address are: 2.1.2Public User: As a member of the public I want to be able to view and query all government property for sale or rent through a website that is also accessible on mobile devices. I want to be able to sign up to an automated alert service for any new properties added to the e-GPF 2.1.3Government (Department, ALB, NHS Local Authority etc.) Data Provider Automated Entry: I want to see all the properties I am selling externally, uploaded from the data I have entered into the government's strategic property database (d-NAR) onto this central website. I wish to see the properties I have instructed an agent to sell automatically populated within the database and made available through a web interface. I want to be sent alerts when they are available to view. I want to be able to enrich the data drawn from d-NAR with any additional property particular produced by myself or my property agent 2.1.4As a Property Agent: I wish to ensure all the properties I am selling on behalf of the government are automatically populated in the database. I want to link my database of properties to the Government Property Finder to enrich the data. I want to be able to sign up to an automated alert service for any new properties added to the e-GPF 2.1.5As a Property Developer/Investor/PropTech company: I want to be able to see all government properties live on the market in one place that is also accessible on mobile devices. I want to be able to export raw data from e-GPF to add to my internal or external database(s) for analysis. I want to be able to sign up to an automated alert service for any new properties added to the e-GPF 2.1.6As OGP Data and Analysis Team: I want to be confident that the data held and published is a complete record of current live on the market government properties, is accurate and properties that are sold/let are removed.
