Descriptions
We are looking for a contractor with expert knowledge of mental health law and policy as well as experience of producing and if possible co-producing materials on equality and human rights that are accessible to the general public including people with a range of communication requirements. The work will involve designing: •a series of materials which provide to people detained under the MHA a standardised and accessible statement of their rights; •a process for staff within mental health providers to use relevant materials to notify patients about their rights; and •a strategy for dissemination of the notification of rights materials
