The Commission seeks to establish a framework agreement with a number of suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver Investigation Services for complex cases under the Commission’s Disciplinary and Fair Treatment Procedures. Complex is defined as; ‘where there are a number of allegations and / or the issue impacts more than one person and may involve a Managing Director or Senior Manager.’ Investigations may include, but may not be limited to; conduct of employees, bullying & harassment; discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, disability, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religious or cultural belief, age, sexual orientation or transgendered status. The work is likely to include, review and analysis of documentary evidence, conducting the investigation and issuing reports. The contract duration is 12 months with an option to extend for up to a further 18 months.
