The Elan Valley Trust, as part of an ARWAIN Powys Leader funded project supported by matched funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund Elan Links scheme, is seeking to appoint a company to design and build suitable technology, such as a mobile app, for the Elan Valley which will offer information and promote Elan Valley to the identified target audience. The Elan Valley does not currently have a good mobile signal from any provider, and as such we are keen to explore other ways such as GPS based technology which is downloaded beforehand. Alongside the development which is to be achieved during this calendar year the contract will also provide for ongoing development, support and updates for an agreed amount of time thereafter to ensure the chosen technology will work with smart phone and platform updates.There are two distinct components of work:1. Development and build of the technology – to be completed by December 20212.
