Energy & Utility Skills (EU Skills), the Sector Skills Council for the electricity, gas, waste management and water industries wishes to appoint Consultants to develop an e-Learning Programme as part of its Low Carbon Energy & Marine Power Institute Project.This procurement exercise aims to develop e-learning on the energy sector, which will be incorporated into a blended learning programme for energy sector trainers.The e-learning should, as a minimum, provide information on the energy sector that would enable a trainer to confidently and effectively contextualise training materials and sessions, to maximise learning and its applicationConsultants must work closely with EU Skills and employers during the research and development of the programmes to ensure that they are fit for the purpose and meet the sector’s needs.The e-learning programme must be able to be deployed in the workplace, by DVD, as a minimumFurther details can be found in the tender specification document**EU Skills has two other Procurement exercises running concurrently, they are:A)Development of Training Programmes and Associated materialsB)Development of Qualification units (QALL)
